$1850 security deposit with $350 non-refundable cleaning deposit. Renter is responsible for all utilities. One Small dog under 20lbs or one cat allowed with approval from landlord (and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit). Absolutely no smoking or vaping on property, garage or anywhere on property/premises/yard. Rental application will be emailed to prospective lessee upon request. The rental application fee is $50 non-refundable and to be paid by applicant/lessee. Landlord requests that tenant's income be three times the monthly rent (minimum). Also please note, this home is in an HOA, which does not allow large work vehicles parked on street or driveway and does not allow overnight parking on street. Vehicles must be parked in garage and also all 4 tires must be on driveway (if driveway parking is necessary). Tenant is responsible for landscaping including weeds along sidewalk. HOA does not allow overgrowth onto sidewalks. Owner is a licensed AZ real estate agent.
