Lease terms

This is a 6 Month Lease Agreement that offers a private-room rental in a shared home. Residents have their own private bedroom while sharing designated common areas, including the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, laundry area, and outdoor spaces. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Guests: Guests are permitted in accordance with the lease and reasonable household guidelines. Overnight or extended stays are prohibited. Cleanliness: Residents are expected to clean up after themselves and help maintain shared areas in a clean and respectful condition. Quiet Hours: Residents are expected to respect reasonable quiet hours in accordance with the county law and the privacy of other occupants. Parking: Residents may use designated available parking areas. Occupancy: The rented bedroom is intended for the approved resident listed on the lease. Additional occupants prohibited. Security & Screening: All applicants are subject to the same standard rental screening and qualification requirements, consistent with applicable fair-housing laws. Estimated monthly cost: Includes rent + Utilities + internet + maintenance $1200 Private Bath (Great Room) $1150 Shared Bath (Smaller Room but faces street and more light) $1000 Shared Bath (Mid Sized Room faces back yard) Lawn care must be maintained by residents. The final rental terms, fees, responsibilities, and policies will be provided in the lease agreement before move-in.
