Guests have access to the entire home except for locked storage closets. Check-out instructions should be followed to avoid additional fees, and an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply for violations of house rules or excessive cleaning required. No glitter or confetti, and no tape, tacks, or other adhesives on any surfaces, including wallpaper. All decorations must be removed before departure.
