AC unit keeps entire unit at a perfect, cool-as-you'd-want temperature. Large Dining Table (or giant desk if you wish!) is on wheels, so this offers a lot of versatility. *NOTE: a few of the pictures show it as slightly different than how it is now, but is essentially accurate.
Super Location in Dupont Circle just off 17th Street and a 5 minute walk to the Red Line Metro to Downtown and Uptown. Near restaurants and nightlife of Georgetown, U-Street, Conn. Ave, 14th St., Adams Morgan, and Chinatown. Walking distance to George Washington University and Johns Hopkins SAIS. Also quite accessible to American, Catholic, and Georgetown Universities via public transportation. Right across the street from Safeway grocery store and 6 Block walk to Whole Foods.
Utilities included: water, in-floor heat. For years tenant have successfully and happily used an Xfinity Wi-Fi hotspot.
