The lease begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM. If you do not give at least 30 days written notice before the lease ends, the lease automatically becomes month-to-month. Monthly Rent -Monthly rent is $1,000. -Rent is due in full on the first business day of every month. -Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic transfer. Late Fees & Eviction Timeline -A $50 late fee is charged if rent is not paid by the 3rd day of the month. -If rent and fees are still unpaid by the 14th day, the landlord states they will file for eviction. Security Deposit -The security deposit is $1,000. -It can be used for unpaid, damages, lease violations, abandonment, late fees, or legal costs. -It cannot be used as your last month's rent. -The landlord has 30 days after move-out to return the deposit or provide an itemized deduction list. Utilities Not Included -No utilities are included in rent. -Tenant is responsible for paying: Water Gas Electric -Utilities must be transferred into your name within 3 business days of move-in.
