This property consists of two cozy, thoughtfully designed buildings. The Main Cabin features a primary bedroom, a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom, a full bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Guest Suite, located across a private patio, offers a queen bedroom, a peaceful sitting area, an en-suite bathroom, and a laundry room.
A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.
Teton Valley is your perfect base for year-round adventures. In the summer, easily access Grand Teton National Park (approximately 1 hour 5 minutes away) and Yellowstone National Park (South Entrance approximately 2 hours 18 minutes away, West Entrance approximately 1 hour 38 minutes away). Enjoy hiking, fly-fishing on the Teton River, paddleboarding, and canoeing. In the winter, the valley transforms into a snow-covered wonderland with nearby Grand Targhee Resort (approximately 30 minutes away) renowned for its deep powder, and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (approximately 58 minutes away). The property is also conveniently located near Victor (22 minutes away) and Driggs (11 minutes away), offering local coffee shops, breweries, and artisan galleries.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No events or parties are allowed. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, with an additional charge applied if butts are found on the property. A minimum $500 fine will apply for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood and ensure all exterior lights are turned off at night. A maximum of two licensed vehicles are permitted in the driveway and garages. No snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are allowed in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home, and no fireworks are permitted on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied.
