Lease terms

Private Bedroom #3 available at 1710 Star Light Drive, Verona, Wisconsin, approximately a five-minute drive from Epic Systems. This is a fixed one-year lease. The tenant has exclusive use of Bedroom #3 and shares the upstairs hall bathroom with the Bedroom #2 tenant. The kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry area, and other designated common areas are shared with other occupants. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Service animals and assistance animals will be handled as required by applicable fair-housing laws. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home, in the garage, and within the specified distance of doors, windows, and vents. Parking is limited to assigned or approved areas; garage parking may be available for an additional monthly fee. The tenant must promptly report maintenance issues and may not make repairs, alterations, installations, or lock changes without written approval. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by the tenant or guests beyond ordinary wear and tear. The tenant must clean up after themselves and guests, follow shared-house rules, participate in the weekly trash and laundry-lint rotation, pay an equal share of applicable shared utility bills, and maintain renter's insurance with at least $300,000 in personal liability coverage.
