Absolutely no parties or unauthorized gatherings are permitted, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Underage drinking or drug use is strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed with a receipt. If it's a charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal.
