A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 non-refundable damage waiver. Max 2 dogs are allowed for a $125 flat fee, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. No cats are allowed. The garage may not accommodate large or tall vehicles due to height and space limitations.

Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Shoes should be removed indoors. Optional checkout steps are provided but not mandatory.
