Lease terms

We are seeking a month-to-month, 3 months, and 6 months. Utilities are included in the price. No pets are allowed but can be negotiated, and smoking is only permitted on the rooftop. If you are checking in or staying on a Thursday night, please move all three trash bins to the front lawn. Garbage and recycling bins are located on the side of the driveway, and the compost bin is at the back, next to the sliding door. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we appreciate your cooperation in being respectful to our neighbors. For heating and cooling, please use the mini-split in each individual room. An iron and ironing board are located in the second closet of the first bedroom. There is only one parking spot behind the house, and only one car can be parked there. Please refer to the listing pictures for parking instructions. Do not block the driveway, as it is shared with other units. Additional cars can be parked on the street, following all parking restrictions and rules.
