3 story Townhouse- 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1833 Square feet. All hardwood floors.… Lots of windows with a lot of natural light along with high ceilings and larger windows in the master bedroom. All amenities are new and were purchased in May of 2019 when the home was moved into brand new. All appliances are matching stainless steel with refrigerator, built in microwave, oven and electric stove top. Keys are not needed as the front keypad is electric with a code. There is a 2 car garage along with parking on the side off the street of townhome community and a lot of street parking for guests.
Home Layout: There is a guest bedroom with a closet in the ground level along with additional closet space where the hot water heater is in the closet. On the ground level also includes a two car garage. There is the front door and a back door that also connects to the garage. The middle level is where the kitchen, living room, half bathroom, extra closet and balcony are. The upstairs includes the master bedroom with a large walk in closet, balcony, full bathroom with his and hers sinks, larger shower with closing door, along with additional room where the toilet is. The guest room has a closet and full bathroom also with his and hers sinks and tub type shower. The laundry room is located upstairs in between the guest and master bedroom with a washer and dryer that was purchased brand new in 2019. Washer and dryer is included in rent but repairs to them will be tenants responsibility. The laundry room includes lots of spaces with shelves.
