Furnished private apartment/duplex in large house w/ reasonable utilities included. 3-minute walk to Vanderbilt campus and a couple of blocks to Hillsboro Village or West End $2250.00 a month for a year lease and includes reasonable use of utilities/internet/parking/water/washer & dryer, furnished. I can work with students to end lease after summer internships and for a school year term as long as I can fill the room/apt after you leave. The landlord lives in the other duplex and has really good references. We have a wonderful block of people to help to keep us safe. This is not a party house. Requirements to live here: references and security checks. First/ last month rent, last can be split up into the first 6 months for your convenience. $800 refundable deposit to hold the apartment and is returned upon your leaving as long as nothing needs to be repaired/replaced and no cleaning is needed when you leave otherwise there is a cleaning fee. No drugs or smoking
