All decorations must be removed before check-out. The property is designed as a peaceful retreat, and should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Please help keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. This is a smoke-free property; smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let the host know. The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, and guests are asked to leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Luggage drops outside of the check-in window are not accommodated; guests are recommended to use nearby luggage storage options. The host will not be on the property but is available 24/7.
