The house has 2 levels with parking on the street.… The first level has a living and dining room, full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave). There is also a full bathroom in the hall with one bedroom on the first level. There is a deck accessible from the kitchen. The second level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One of the bedrooms is a master with its own bathroom. There is also laundry hookups in the master bathroom.
The house was completely renovated in 2013 with new electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Each level has its own HVAC and water heater. There is plenty of closet and storage space throughout the house.
Utilities are included (power/water/internet).
The current tenants will be moving out on June 30. We plan on doing some work (painting, cleaning, etc ) on the house during July to have it ready to rent on August 1. We may be able to get it ready before that if an earlier move in date is preferred.
