Lease terms

To be considered for this property, applicants should meet the following screening criteria: Preferred minimum credit score: 650. Applicants with lower credit scores may be considered based on overall qualifications. Gross monthly household income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Employment and income verification is required. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all applicants. A background screening, including criminal history, will be conducted in accordance with applicable law. No prior evictions within the past 7 years. No unpaid rental debt or outstanding balances owed to previous landlords. Favorable rental history with positive landlord references is preferred. Every applicant and occupant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate rental application. Pets are subject to owner approval. Additional pet fees or deposits and breed restrictions may apply. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. A security deposit is required prior to move-in. The property is offered on an Equal Housing Opportunity basis.
