APPLIANCES -- Rental includes any existing appliances except washer and dryer. Washer and dryer connections are inside the apartment, but the tenant is responsible for having their own washer and dryer. UTILITIES AND YARD MAINTENANCE -- Tenant is solely responsible for ALL utilities and backyard upkeep. NO PET POLICY -- Pets are not allowed at this property.
