Please help keep outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. To keep the space fresh and comfortable, there is no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let the host know. The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so please leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Luggage drops are not accommodated outside of the check-in window; luggage storage options nearby are recommended.
Dogs are welcome, up to two under 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog using the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended; they need to be crated if left alone in the house. Dogs must be housebroken and should be crated if left alone inside. Guests should use designated potty areas and ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise.
