Apartment is within 2 miles of Friendly Shopping center, downtown Greensboro, Wesley Long Hospital, UNC-Greensboro, and Greensboro College.… There are two restaurants next door through the fence. It is an in-law apartment attached to our house with its own entrance and keys, so we live on-site. with our dog and cat (and sometimes dog-sit our two granddogs). Floors are hardwood except for carpeting in the bedroom and tile in the master bath. There is easy access to all major roads. It is in a very quiet, active, safe, and desirable neighborhood.
