**About the Tenant I'm looking for a roommate starting June 1st for a 6 month lease with the possibility of extending. It is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2 story condo with a garage (for storage) in prime midtown overlooking Spring Creek and the bike trail. Rent is $800/month for a 6 month with the possibility of extending, plus utilities and internet. There is laundry on site. Located at 1705 Springmeadows Ct., Unit B. Fort Collins. I'm an easy-going 36 year old male. I spend most of my free time sport climbing or snowboarding. I work nights from Sunday through Tuesday evening, so I would need someone who is not super loud while I'm sleeping during those days. I also have an adorable short haired cat who is 1 and half years old. I only have space for one additional pet and it would be an additional $25 per month.
