You are renting a bedroom and bathroom in a house shared with the host with over 1500 square feet of shared space. Outdoors: Great hiking, cross country skiing, fishing, hunting, kayaking/paddleboarding Yard: Firepit, dining, grill Fully Equipped Kitchen THE SPACE The fresh and new house is in a small subdivision in Monument, Colorado. You will have a shared entrance, and your bedroom and bath are on the main floor. Access the home via convenient keyless entry. Shared spaces include: a modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, casual dining, another more private living area with French doors in the basement, laundry facilities, and a backyard for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets and views. BEDROOM AND BATH The bedroom is clean and modern with premium white bedding and a new hybrid Serta mattress, and Temur Pedic pillows. For longer stays, there is under bed storage and plenty of velvet hangers in the closet. The tech device charging headboard and desk give plenty of options for connectivity and working. You have plenty of relaxation options including a comfortable swivel chair and 32" Smart TV on a swivel mount. In the closet, there is a mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and Keurig for your convenience. I provide a few coffee pods, tea, sugar and cream. Your bedroom has a separate lock and key for when you are away. There is a squeaky clean adjacent full bath for your exclusive use with plenty of storage, towels, wash clothes, shower wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. LIVING ROOMS You'll have access to airy and modern shared living spaces featuring comfortable, stylish decor, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, inviting, and family centered. The living room features a comfy couch, lamps, 3 chairs, and a 52" TV with Apple TV so you can browse and login to your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu. It is open to the dining area and kitchen. KITHCEN and DINING The kitchen is fully stocked for making delicious meals during your stay. There is a stainless-steel refrigerator with freezer and water filter, a gas range stove top, double oven, microwave, Cuisinart toaster/air fryer/convection oven, and blender. There is also a gas grill with grill tools. There is drip coffee maker and kettle. There are pots, pans, bakeware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, food storage containers, cutting boards, a strainer, knives, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, a masher, peeler, pizza cutter, a whisk, oven mitts, kitchen towels, a can opener, and wine opener. There are some cleaning supplies including all-purpose cleaner, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, and some paper towels. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer off of the living area with soap loaded in the dispenser for you to use. OUTSIDE There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! The home has a spacious yard with a dining table and chairs, propane firepit area with chairs, and a propane grill. Out the back gate is a walking path around the irrigation lake behind the house. The views and sunsets are breath-taking. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to shopping, parks, and highways. Just 20 minutes from Colorado Springs tourist attractions. With easy access to hiking trails, lakes, and restaurants, this home offers both comfort and convenience. Perfect for renters seeking a clean, modern, and high-quality living experience. Guest access You will not have access to the primary suite and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in the basement. For longer term stays, you may rent the right garage space for parking or storage. I have a very friendly golden retriever, so you must love dogs. He is never allowed on furniture. Feel free to call or text me anytime. I primarily use the upstairs living room. You may freely use the living area in the basement with French doors, kitchen, dining area, backyard, and gas fire area. No smoking or vaping inside or outside.
