Tenant pays for utilities (water, gas, electricity) on a monthly basis based on use. Tentant responsible for pulling weeds (if any) present in front sidewalk. Tentant responsible for shoveling snow on sidewalk in front of residence. Tenant required to obtain renters insurance. Owner pays for Internet (Gigabit wifi with router and mesh network included). Home includes front door and back door security cameras. Tenant is able to factory reset these devices for privacy purposes.
