The landlord reserves the right to verify all income directly with employers, and any submission of fraudulent documents may be reported to credit bureaus and relevant authorities. NOTES: 1.Tenant pays for utilities bill, including Sewer, Trash, drainage, Water, and Gas, & Electricity. 2. A renter liabilities insurance no less then $500,000 required . 3.
