Welcome to Station North! Beautiful home situated right in the heart of the city's most thriving art's district. This recently remodeled home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are currently four people living the house (including myself), but two will be leaving us at the end of April. There is also a 4 year old, extremely friendly puppy, that spends most of her time sleeping on the couch.
The neighborhood features fantastic access to public transportation, with Penn Station just a two minute walk away. It also houses some of Baltimore's best theater, nightlife, and restaurants. Some examples include The Charles Theater, Tapas Teatro, Bottega, Joe Squared, Club Charles and The Crown. That's just a short list of the many offerings nearby.
The room offered for rent is on the second floor and has a shared bathroom with just one other room. It has a large walk in closet and faces away from the street, offering peace and quiet. It also has a large bay window, bringing plenty of light in. The room itself is quite large, at approximately 16 feet x 17 feet. The last four pictures showcase the room up for grabs and its shared bathroom.
The living areas, dining area and kitchen are shared among all tenants, but are quite large and fully stocked with all of the necessities and then some. Parking is ample in the neighborhood. Washer and dryer are available in building.
Internet and water are included in the rent, but the BGE bill is split evenly amongst the tenants (average $50/month). Lease term length and move-in dates are flexible. Deeded parking available for $50/month.
Current tenants are four males in their early 30s. We expect reasonable cleanliness and try to maintain a fun yet respectful atmosphere. Open to both male and female tenants, but unfortunately no additional pets at this time.
