Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with self-check-in via smart lock. Unauthorized parties or events will incur an initial fee of $500. No smoking is allowed inside the house or within 6 feet of any doorway. Guests are required to pick up after pets, and failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. Pool service occurs every Thursday afternoon. For safety, no diving in the pool as the deepest point is 6 feet. Children should not be allowed in the backyard and around the pool without adult supervision. Do not touch or adjust any pool equipment. The garage will be locked and not accessible during your stay. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to approval and may incur fees. Damages to the home or its belongings may result in charges for repair or replacement. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of check-out time will result in a $50 fee.
