Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with self-check-in via smart lock. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing; unauthorized events will incur an initial fee of $500 and may result in immediate vacating without refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and within 6 feet of any doorway. Guests are required to pick up after pets, and failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. Unauthorized events or parties will incur an initial fee of $500. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of the check-out time will result in a $50 fee. Guests may be charged for damages or additional cleaning expenses beyond normal wear and tear.
