All furnishings and utilities are included in the rate. Full appointed kitchen with dishes and pans, linens are all included. We are happy to work with displaced families due to insurance claims, traveling executives, business travelers, nomads, students/interns and home sellers; offering flexible lease terms for your extended stay needs. All utilities, lawn care, pest control, wifi are included in rent. Absolutely no smoking on the premises. Small pets are allowed for additional deposit/pet fee. We have multiple homes to choose from to accommodate any size group.
