Lease terms

- available for move in 7/3 - $2,300/mo rent - 1 month's rent + $2,300 security deposit due at move in: - 12 month lease with renewal option available - washer and dryer hookups - No smoking/vaping - Tenant pays all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, heat/AC) and is responsible for yard care - Home does not come furnished. - Pets: maximum 2 pets, small dogs 30 lbs or less allowed, no aggressive breed dogs, no cats. Pets subject to owner approval. $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet + $50/mo pet rent per pet. - renters insurance required while living in the home. * House cannot be shown until everyone ages 18+ seeking to live in the home fills out an application Applicants subject to credit check, criminal/background screen, and income verification before approval. Rental history will be verified with previous landlords. Total income must be reliable and at least 3x monthly rent, minimum credit score of 600 + applicants should demonstrate responsible credit history. No prior evictions, will not accept reusable screening report.
