Home is on a canal called the Highline Canal which has walking, jogging and a bike trails along it. It's a 5 minute walk to a local public library and grocery store and bus stop. 15 minute drive to the Anschutz Medical Campus, National Jewish Hospital. 20 minute drive to downtown. 30 minute drive to the mountains. Great views of Rocky Mountain range from the balcony. It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Apartment has newly renovated bathroom and freshly painted recently.
