Located within biking distance of Virginia Tech, but in the countryside, and close to all the schools on Price's Fork Road. One mile from Huckleberry Trail in one direction and Strubles Mill bike paths in the other direction off Merrimac Rd. House is situated with on 2/3 acre with a large fenced yard, potential (but currently not cultivated) garden space and a small shed for garden tools. Mature trees as well as apple trees, small deck and patio. Tenant is responsible for maintaining yard and annual gutter cleaning. Mower is provided. Heat is electric baseboard heat and optional wood stove. Approved pets are allowed with additional pet deposit. Layout of the house is suitable for a single person or a couple - unrelated adults not considered; the study isn't suitable as a second bedroom because access to the bathroom is through the one bedroom.
