Additional Information: Holding deposit is $5,300.00 Application fee is $64 per adult; Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet, and there is monthly pet rent charged at $75 per pet per month. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. * Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before July 24, 2026.
