All four bedrooms are located upstairs, and each features its own private bathroom and a 55-inch TV, providing a quiet place to recharge. The main level boasts a comfortable living room with a 75-inch TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area built for gathering. Upstairs, a secondary living area offers space for games or quiet downtime, and the upstairs laundry room adds convenience for longer stays.
Community amenities include a pool with shade and loungers, a game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, and outdoor ping pong. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway, and overflow parking is located in small community lots at the end of each block. Street parking is not available. There is no garage access at this property.

This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay.
