This house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with an attached garage and a huge front and backyard. This house has an attached "bonus/family" room with a small wet bar. Separate living room and dining area by the kitchen. Easy access to the backyard for entertainment from this room. There is a backroad behind the house with a private gate you can pull your cars into if you wish to park in the back or plenty of room to park an RV. There is a washer/dryer on the property but it's old. You are welcome to have them. Kitchen comes with all appliances. Neighbors are very kind and helpful. They are also helping us pull in and out the trash cans when we are out of town.
