The fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering, and all four bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own private full bathroom and a 55-inch television, providing a personal retreat for every guest. A cozy secondary living space upstairs is perfect for kids, game nights, or quiet downtime, and the upstairs laundry room makes longer stays easy and stress-free.
Guests can enjoy resort-style community amenities, including a community pool with shade and loungers, a game room, pickleball courts, cornhole, and outdoor ping pong. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway, and overflow parking is available in small community lots at the end of each block. Please plan accordingly for larger groups as there is no garage access for guests.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is 35 miles from Zion National Park. Nearby attractions include Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park (13 miles away) for boating, fishing, and watersports, and Snow Canyon State Park (19 miles away) with hiking and red rock views. Several St. George golf courses are also within a short drive, including Green Spring Golf Course and Coral Canyon Golf Course (7 miles away).
Please note that there is active construction in the area surrounding the community, and noise may be present during typical working hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM). This does not affect access to the home or amenities. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Approved pets are $20/day per pet, with a $250 fee for undisclosed or unauthorized pets. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins; a $50 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage.
