Applicants must have a credit score of at least 600 and demonstrate a minimum income of 2 to 3 times the monthly rent (2-3:1 income-to-rent ratio). The credit score requirement is negotiable. An application must be filled out before any showings will be scheduled. MOVE-IN COSTS: Tenants are required to submit a non-refundable $35 background and credit check application fee. Before moving in, the first month's rent and a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent must be paid in full. If the move-in date is after the 1st of the month, the first month's rent will be prorated accordingly. Additionally, the last month's rent will be prorated based on the move-out date at the end of the lease.
