This spacious and spotless home is thoughtfully designed to provide all the comforts for a flawless stay. The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and offers ample seating, perfect for relaxation. Evenings can be spent gathered around the cozy indoor fireplace. A fully equipped modern kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, and a dedicated workspace is available for guests who need to attend to business or work remotely. The home is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire single-level house, including a private, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and BBQ grill, and a large back deck with golf course views. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use. Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog paid before arrival; only registered pets with the paid fee are allowed, and dogs must be crated if left alone, kept off the furniture, leashed when outdoors, and their waste cleaned up right away. You'll have easy access to boutique shopping, world-class dining, and renowned wineries, with popular spots like Pinot Vista and Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard just a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy small-town charm with historic Third Street's brick storefronts just five minutes away, and explore nearby dining options such as La Rambla and Pura Vida Cocina within a 4-minute drive. The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is also a short 11-minute drive. The location is ideal for cycling and exploring nearby wine country trails directly from the house, with endless opportunities for outdoor activities like golfing and hiking. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Cancellation Terms: Fully refundable up to 5 days before check-in, then the booking becomes non-refundable. Payment Terms: 50% is due at booking and the remainder 30 days before check-in.
