You won't want to miss this beautiful ground floor two-bedroom unit that was total renovated about three years ago.… Located in the carriage house of one of those grand old mansions from the 1800's, there is only one neighbor, a unit above you. As soon as you enter, you go into the eat-in kitchen with a ton of counter space and cabinets, as well as a separate coffee bar area for coffee pot and small appliances. The living room is separate with hardwood floors and faux wood blinds. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a good size (around 14 x12) with a good size closet, ceiling fan, faux wood blinds and hardwood floors. The second bedroom is small (approximately 8x10) and is great for an office or guest room. The large bathroom has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower and plenty of extra room in it for a make-up station, armoire, bureau or anything you want. There's additional storage space under the stairs that is great for suitcases. You have access to the basement to store items that aren't affected by moisture. It's an unfinished basement, recently insulated and plastic on the floor. HEAT (and water) INCLUDED, as is the free use of communal washers/dryers. You pay electricity and internet - and it's wired for Fidium. The location is great, right by the Currier. The North End offers a lot of different opportunities to walk around. Less than a mile from Livingston Park and the trails there. The outside space is fantastic, with a large (20x40) stone patio with tables and chairs available to work outside, BBQ or just socialize. We love gardening, so there's a large raised garden bed for shared use. It's a quiet community and we strive to keep it that way. One dog will be considered. No yappy, barking or aggressive dogs. It's a requirement that the dogs are introduced prior to lease signing to make sure they fit with the group or access to the yard with the dog will need to be restricted for safety and there are breed restrictions because of insurance. No cats. Pet rent $50/month. You'll love living here. It's a great space in a great location. You have easy access to the large fenced yard with a gate just feet from your door. There is shared (free) laundry in the main house, as well as a gym with weights, stationary bike and more. Great community, great location and super outside space. Across from the Currier Museum. Walking distance to To Share Brewery or Bearded Baker! Parking: The unit comes with one unassigned parking space. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood. Flexible showing.
