Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including electric, gas, water. Pet Policy Small pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval from the landlord, additional deposit and pet rent. Service animals and emotional support animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Occupancy & Use Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of tenants named on the lease.
