It's also just 7 miles from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Due to the building's original construction from 1941, sound may travel more easily between units. While community quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM, you may occasionally hear neighboring guests or outdoor activity. Sound machines and fans are provided for added comfort. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Pets are welcome with a pet fee that can be found in the listing, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Initial supplies of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents are provided; additional supplies are the guest's responsibility. Guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense for lockouts, or a $75 service fee will be charged if a host team member assists.
