This suite features a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, cookware, and utensils, along with a dining table seating four. The living room provides a comfortable place to relax with a couch, additional seating, and a smart TV for streaming. The bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, and there is one full bathroom conveniently located within your private suite.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per day per pet. Ample on-site parking is available for cars, boats, or trailers. Guests can enjoy shared exterior amenities including a hot tub, dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, covered pavilion with seating, lounge chairs/couches, and cornhole & horseshoes. A shared laundry room is located just outside the unit entrance and up the stairs, shared with two other units. A seasonal cowboy pool is currently unavailable and expected to reopen by mid-summer.

It's an ideal launchpad for exploring world-famous parks and hidden gems, including Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante (15 miles), Peek-a-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles).
Walls are thin, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside; earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. This is a 100% smoke-free property, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee, monthly pet fees are $75 per month per pet, and approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are $20/day per pet. Cleanup and damage fees may apply for pet waste and accidents. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed and will incur a $500 fee if cleaners have to reset the property. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins; a $50 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage.
