The property also includes shared outdoor community amenities such as a hot tub, dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, covered pavilion with seating, lounge areas, cornhole, horseshoes, and shared laundry. The washer and dryer are free to use and shared with one other unit, located between the two apartments behind a locked door.
