The property also includes shared outdoor community amenities such as a hot tub, dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, covered pavilion with seating, lounge areas, cornhole, horseshoes, and shared laundry. The washer and dryer are free to use and shared with one other unit, located between the two apartments behind a locked door. Parking is available directly in front of the unit, with additional room for cars, boats, or trailers. An EV charging station is located around the corner. Nearby destinations include Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase Escalante, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness. Please note: this is a historic desert property with character, thin walls, and some natural wear. You may occasionally hear other guests outside. Pets are welcome and should be included in the reservation. Desert living may also include occasional local critters. The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
