Lease terms

Lease Length: 12-month lease preferred; longer-term tenants welcome. Rent: $2,500/month (adjust as applicable) Security Deposit: One month's rent due at lease signing. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, heating fuel/gas, water/sewer, trash removal, internet, and cable (if desired). Occupancy: Intended for residential use only. Maximum occupancy based on lease agreement and applicable housing requirements. Pets: Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet fee may apply. Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the property. Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the home in good condition and promptly reporting any maintenance concerns. Lawn care and snow removal responsibilities will be outlined in the lease agreement. Application Requirements: Applicants will be subject to income verification, credit screening, background check, and rental history verification. Insurance: Renters insurance is required. Move-In Requirements: First month's rent, security deposit, signed lease agreement, and required documentation must be completed prior to move-in. Owner does not live on-site. Long-term, responsible tenants seeking a well-maintained home are preferred.
