Lease terms

This is a 12-month lease. Rent is $3,900 per month with the first month's rent due at signing. A security deposit of $5,850 (one and a half months' rent) is also required at signing. Water is included in your rent all other utilities including electricity, gas, heat, and internet are the tenant's responsibility and must be set up in your name prior to move-in. Three designated driveway parking spaces are available for tenant use. Additional street parking is available free of charge with a town permit from the Borough of Rutherford. All pets are welcome. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property including inside the unit and all common areas. Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep and minor maintenance of the unit. Any maintenance issues should be reported promptly in writing to the management team. We accept applications via RentSpree or NTN. Once a completed application is submitted, qualified applicants will be invited to a brief Zoom call with the landlord this is a required step before any lease is issued and is simply a chance to get acquainted before moving forward. A broker fee applies and is due at signing, payable to Christie's International Real Estate Group.
