The unit has access to a backyard patio space as well. 6 Month lease to start. May be extended. This is a studio apartment attached to our home with a semi-shared entrance. We are looking for someone quiet, respectful and who would be willing to let our dog out every once in awhile. This would be a perfect place for a local graduate student or nursing student.
