An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night will apply for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Check-out is at 10 am. A $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard times. A 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out is allowed, after which a $25 fee will be charged every 15 minutes thereafter. For bookings made via certain platforms, any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds are reached. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The property utilizes a septic tank; only flush toilet paper. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, which should be rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup. Failure to set trash out for scheduled pickup incurs a fee. No refunds will be given for system failures. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather, natural disasters, pests, construction, or other reasons beyond its control. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to the guest or licensees or their personal property. All payments are non-refundable; cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued. The propane grill is available for use; clean the grill after use and ensure the knob is left in the off position. Do not leave children unattended while using the grill. The rental's internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is strictly prohibited from use.
