It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood. If you have kids, they will love it here! Your children can play safely in the cul-de-sac or in your fenced backyard. This is a colonial-style, red brick home. It has hardwood floors and tasteful earth-tone paint schemes throughout the main floor that are accented by crown molding and chair railing. There is a nice sitting space near the front bay window. The open floor plan brings together all the features of the main level - kitchen, sunroom, living room, and family room. The kitchen has a large 6'x4' island that seats 5 and has a custom wine rack. The maple finish cabinetry and Corian countertops are a nice combination. The kitchen also features all stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a large pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 12'x12' sun room that is perfect for a dining room or sitting room. The spacious family room has a gas fireplace and will accommodate a large television.
