Before scheduling a showing, please send the following information through Zillow messaging: Desired move-in date Total number of occupants FICO Credit score for the applicants Verifiable annual household income Employment status Any pets, if yes type & weight for each pet Any prior evictions or landlord disputes Reason for moving All applicants are subject to following TERMS & CONDITIONS: Non-smokers only. Strict no smoking (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes) policy. No pets preferred (Pets considered on case-by-case basis with additional fees/deposits). The rent includes lawn care, garbage & recycling service and municipal water/sewer service. Snow removal can be provided for additional fee if requested by the tenant(s). Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. 1-month security deposit and first month rent due when signing the 1-year lease. No large RV or heavy vehicles on the driveway. FICO credit score of 700+ for each applicant and verifiable total annual gross income of $71,400+ (x3.5 rent) required. Proof of income/employment required. Online rental application will be required for all adults (18 year and up) who will be living in the property. No history of lease violations or eviction history. Credit, criminal, eviction, and background screening will be required as part of the application.
