Rent to Own option: (Not Mandatory) Option 1) A $10,000 non-refundable option payment Option 2) A $7,500 non-refundable option payment Each option allows 100% of your option payment and $200/mo. (Option 1) or $100/mo. (Option 2) of each monthly payment to go towards your purchase of this home. This means over 3 years with Option 1, you would save $7,200 in rent while also accumulating a down payment of $17,200; Option 2 would save you $3,600 in rent and accumulate $11,100 towards the purchase of this home. Option payments and accumulation are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
