Lease terms

Fees: $450 Cleaning Fee, NO ADMIN FEE, NO APPLICATION FEE (Just submit your application through Zillow and they will send us the report. It costs ~$30/person) Pets (If applicable): ALLOWED. $250 Non-refundable Fee + $250 Refundable Deposit. Pet Rent is $35/pet up to two pets. We MAY allow more pets, but will need to review. Prior to move-in, tenants with pet(s) must provide proof of renter's insurance that includes personal-liability coverage for pet-related injury or property damage, including dog-bite liability where available. Owner must be listed as an additional interested party. All pets are subject to owner approval and the lease pet addendum. Utilities: Renter pays for all Utilities Landscaping & Pest Control: A landscaper comes every two weeks to maintain the landscaping, but it is Renter's responsibility to collect animal waste and pay for any damages to the landscaping. A pest control service arrives monthly and sprays the property. A notice is provided the night before the service is performed, which Owner will forward to Renter if Renter prefers. Parking: No street parking overnight. There's a 2-car garage, and a driveway that can park three vehicles. HOA: Clemente Ranch HOA. Renter is responsible for all fines associated with their actions.
