Tenant Requirements & Important Information: No smoking inside the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, gas (if applicable), internet, and any other services they choose to add. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard and keeping the exterior areas clean and well maintained. No unauthorized occupants or subleasing without prior written approval.
