Lease terms

Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. Maximum two (2) animals permitted. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 per month for animal rent. Utilities not included. Electricity and gas are separately metered and billed to the unit. Internet/cable/phone would be arranged with local provider. Tenant will reimburse Owner for a portion of the property's water, sewer, and trash bill. Tenant will reimburse Owner for unit's lawn care costs. We prefer an annual lease and the advertise rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e., month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate. Some of the pictures are staged.
