Very economical gas heat. Brand new roof and gutters. Available paved OSP for one car. Minutes away from the downtown, shopping, restaurants and major roads. It is essentially impossible to find a rental unit, at any price, with ALL of the following features: dishwasher, refrigerator, ceiling fans, private patio, private fenced yard, available OSP, out of the flood zone. Landlords live nearby and respond quickly to all issues. All sewer, stormwater and recycling fees paid by landlord, utilities paid by tenant. $1500 first month's rent plus $1250 move-in fee due at lease signing.
